Student Loan Payment I Didn’t Authorize

Has anyone seen a transaction on their account from ACH DEPT OF EDUCATION for a payment amount you didn’t authorize? I woke up to a $267 transaction that includes the same description of all my Mohela payments but when I called Mohela they could not see the transaction on their end and could not tell me where it came from. I don’t have any other student loans.
