5 out of 7 printers all of a sudden clogged up with Sunlu Matte Black PETG

I buy 30 to 50 rolls of matte black Sunlu high speed PETG for my business every few weeks. I have been printing the same 3 to 5 files for 2 years now. Same 3MF file as always, no filament profile changes, no updates have been done to bambu studio or firmware updates in about 3 months, filament always dried for 9hrs at 149 degrees. This week I had a print fail on my P1S about 3/4 of the way through where the nozzle started to clog and it started making birds nest. I proceeded to load another spool of Sunlu high speed matte black PETG in another printer, this one with a AMS. About 1/4 into the print it clogs. I’ve cleared multiple hot end clogs, replaced the hot ends, PTFE tubes, etc. nothing fixes this clogging issue. I now have 4 X1C printers and 1 P1S that are clogged up with this filament. I have been using it for 2 years without a single issue, now I have 5/7 printers that need clogs cleared. Has anyone else ever had an issue like this? Is it just bad filament?
