Best event to get TG for low spender.

I spend about 10$ a month on the game. Always a joiner but like to be slightly ahead of ftp curve. I have been at the TG bottleneck (I know always will be) on TG3 now. What are good pay events for getting best bang for buck TG? Thanks in advance!
