[F4F] - Slaves as communal property

Hello, ladies! I'd like to do a bit of world building and perhaps some roleplaying as well, if we get that far.

I'm imagining a setting where several women are kept as slaves by another group, like a shared harem. Perhaps it's kind of cultish commune, or something more upscale like an exclusive country club where the membership also buys access to the slaves that are owned by the club. Or perhaps you have some other idea for a setting that goes with this theme?

The setting I've been thinking the most about is something like this: A huge mansion or perhaps a compound out in the countryside, owned by a very wealthy woman. This woman had a vision; based on the belief that some people are meant to serve and some are meant to be served she wanted to create a sanctuary where exceptionally bright and talented women can lead a luxurious life and be free to just cultivate their talents as they see fit. To achieve this she acquired the property mentioned before, and now it's inhabited by a very select group of like-minded women; artists, scientists, engineers and other high achievers. Their every need is cared for by a staff of cooks, cleaners and assistants, to make it possible for them to just focus on whatever they feel like doing. And to make the lives of these amazing women even better there's also a harem of slave women, to use for any form of pleasure they see fit. A slave can be used for sexual pleasure, as an outlet for sadistic desires or just for small pleasures like having them help with a bath or be pretty things to look at while the women go about their day.

Let's chat a little about the settings, and the slaves and the free women. What's a typical day like? How does a woman end up as a slave?
