Can anyone recognize the music in this part of a Bollywood song?

I’m trying to identify the **instrumental music/melody** used in a particular part of the Hindi song **“Pehle Kabhi Na Mera Haal Aisa Hua” from Baghban (2003)**.

I’m specifically talking about the section around **1:22–1:55**, just before the line:

“Pehli mohabbat ka ehsaas hai yeh…”

The music in this section sounds **very familiar to me**, and I strongly feel that I’ve heard the same or a very similar musical phrase in an **older Hindi song**, possibly from the **1990s (or even earlier)**.
