spotting with nexplanon implant

I've been on T for 5 years which stopped my periods completely. About 6 weeks ago, I switched my birth control from the progesterone only pill to nexplanon and have had a couple instances of spotting/light bleeding for about a week. Has this happened to anyone else/does it go away? Otherwise the implant is good but I hate this🫠
