Hi everyone, this weekend I will be beginning my installation process of the 2.2l bolt on kit on my 2007 chevy cobalt.

Some of the work that has been done as of today:
K&n cold air intake
Zzp downpipe with a windband
Zzp mid length headers
Dna 2.5 inch cat back
Sparco 16 inch wheels
Max speed coil overs😔
Side skirts
Wing
Rear bumper
Amp
Subwoofer

What I will be installing:
Zzp bolt on kit THIS WEEK
Zzp option B THIS WEEK
Zzp stealth heat exchanger THIS WEEK
Front bumper \\\*no lip if anyone has I’ll buy THIS WEEK
Sunroof
Motorized windows and locks

I wanted to go ahead and get some thoughts on how I should proceed. When I bought my m62 and intake manifold I thought I was getting myself a deal because it came with a dual pass. Little did I know it would actually cost me more. With that said I have everything needed I assume to install everything \*I HOPE\*

My question are:
Should I run both the stealth heat exchanger (\*because I have the dual pass it was either buy this and option b or drill a hole in my intake manifold)\* and the s3 heat exchanger?

Should I get a transmission cooler since I have an automatic? More less is it necessary my bank account isn’t thinking so

The car is my daily driver and will need to tune it, I bought hp tuners and credits is there anything I should recommend that they wouldn’t typically do? Such as pops from exhaust or anything cool.

Since its a daily driver how much psi? Without major risk of course I like to have a bit of fun. ITS 4 LUG AUTOMATIC

Is there any other upgrades that are recommended, I am thinking of getting a strut tower

HOPEFULLY SOMEONE CAN HELP!! My car came with SAI, I live in an extensively liberal state and since the headers didn’t come with the sensor for it, I removed it. If I have it tuned out can I pass emissions? I am currently asking around for people who would pass me, I care about my car an my safety and the safety of others, I would not drive the vehicle if I believed it was going to be danger to everyone. Please let me know!!

Thank you for taking the time to read, tune in the next few weeks to see what my car looks like after 2 months of owning it.

The picture is 3 weeks old.
