Unable to send money to my phone number . I am using bhim upi

Hello everyone, I recently installed bhim app , i connected it with my bank account . Now issue is, usually for other upi apps like paytm or phone pe,you just enter mobile number and you can send money directly . however in my case, everytime anyone tries to send money to my number, it says

** user isn't present on paytm/phonepe ** invite them ....

so i instead sent from my bhip upi app to those phone nos and in those recievers upi apps (paytm and phone pe, it was showing MY PHONE NO @ upi .

So is there a way such that others could just send to my phone no directly ?
