Are there barbers in Cbus that wouldn’t charge me the full price of a haircut to just shave my beard off every other week?

I only need my hairline and fade done every two weeks because I have dreadlocks but my beard gets scruffy and unappealing in a week. My barber told me if I just needed to come in and get the beard shaved back down to clean skin with my mustache and chin patch it would still be full price of the cut. I cannot justify paying $30 for half of a service that takes 5 minutes.
