No karma No posting, No posting No karma

Feels like that “You need a job to gain experience but you can’t have a job because you don’t have any experience” meme.

You need karma to post or comment, but you can’t gain any karma because you can’t post or comment.

I know karma is based on upvotes but my posts keep getting removed due to low karma, sometimes even from subs with not much requirements, why is this so hard?

How do I make sure that I do not get banned for simply just asking a question?
