Overnight flares

Anyone else ever experience this? I always have some level of pain going and at this point I try to tune out the noise (even though it's difficult), but sometimes it's like my body decides to explode overnight! I woke up this morning needing 6 major dressings, and could barely walk or lift up my arms. WTF! I am attributing this flare to hormones as I'm due to get my period in 3-4 days. Sigh.
