Madrid F1 ticket reassignment / Viagogo
Since this is the first Madrid GP at MADRING, I was wondering if anyone has had a similar situation at other F1 circuits.
I bought a ticket through Viagogo (I know, I shouldn't, it has lots of mixed reviews and what not, but here we are), and the MADRING FAQ says that closer to the event, tickets can be reassigned to family/friends through official channels, but resale for financial gain is prohibited.
Has anyone bought an F1 ticket through a resale platform before and then had the ticket officially reassigned to them by the original purchaser? How did it work, and were you able to enter without any issues?
