Need help with dac

Hi, I recently bought a Letshuoer S08 and have so far had a good time with it, however, I do not like the noise level with CX31993 + MAX97220. On my Previous Tangzu Wan'er, it was like faint hissing, but on Letshuoer S08 it is like a faint hum. Also, if connected to a phone, the noise is less noticeable. With CX31993 + MAX97220, I rarely need more than 20/100 volume with -9db Pre amplifying in Equalizer APO. But Letshuoer S08 are planar headphones that are generally considered to benefit from more power. So, what dac with low noise level should I buy? Do I need something powerful, or will the FiiO JA11 be fine for the S08?
