Potential twin pregnancy after prior abruption

I lost my DiDi twins last March due to placental abruption at 23+4. I conceived them through ovulation induction due to PCOs. I had cervical insufficiency at 13 weeks and got a cervical cerclage. Apparently everything was fine till 23rd week, woke up in blood in the middle of the night and rushed to the hospital , got irregular intense contractions for few days and delivered them at 23+4. They didnt survive.

Afterwards my gynecologist advised that I should try to conceive naturally as ovulation induction results in multiples. I have a normal BMI, but I still lost 7 kgs postpartum to conceive spontaneously. That didnt happen even after 8 months, because of anovulatory cycles.

Eventually I had to take the same route again, but this time it was a very small dose of letrozole. I tracked my ovulation and I have produced 2 dominant follicles yet again, I asked my gynecologist if we should cancel this cycle. She seemed a bit concerned but opted not to cancel. Its now 4 days past ovulation, and I am concerned about a possible twin pregnancy. What i want to ask is that if I conceive twins , is it possible that I deliver them safely taking all necessary precautions? I'll be put on clexane, baby aspirin and frequent screening for any potential issues, though i didnt have any issues last pregnancy, no Preeclampsia, GH or GD.

Is there anyone here who safely delivered twins after a prior abruption ?
