Hi I bought the car 5 years ago directly from skoda it was 3yrs old when purchased . Every 6-12 months the clock spring snaps theyve replace 5 under warranty and made me pay for the last one in March this year even though I had a warranty as my hair had got wrapped inside the steering wheel and said that's why they said its breaking

I paid on my credit card im still paying it off and its snapped again today . I no longer have an extended warranty. I do have warranty on all work for 2 years what do I. Charge back on my credit card . If I take it in they are only going to say there is hair in it again
