What am I missing?

Hey - everyone here is way more knowledgeable than me on everything related to cars, so hoping someone can help me out before I make a mistake. I've been talking to this dealership about this 2023 G90 they have listed.

I love the G90 and am going to buy one so have just been keeping my eyes peeled. This one jumped out me due to the year, the price, the mileage, and the overall styling. However, the price almost seems suspiciously low. I checked the report and all of that and nothing is popping up. It's also being sold by a Hyundai dealership which seems like a good sign.
