How to buy 2nd hand motorcycle

Problem/Goal: Buying a motorcycle next week but I don’t have a valid ID other than Digital National ID

Context: May naka deal akong seller ng motor na pina reserve ko na kasi too good yung deal para mag pass dito. However, ok lang ba na Digital National ID lang ako meron kung hihingian ako ng valid ID para ipa notarize yung Deed of sale?

Correct me if i’m wrong, pero diba bawal i-print yun?

Previous Attempts: Student Permit pa lang ako meron and Sep 11 pa ako pwede mag proceed to driver’s license.
