UWSA 1 score drop

My last NBME (31) was 73%. Gave UWSA 1 today and it has dropped to 68% (66% raw). Is this normal?

Also I found so many weird genetics questions that I just couldnt wrap my head around. Should I prepared for such questions on the real deal or is UWorld supposed to be obtuse?

Please help, step in 3 weeks!!
