The original TF card with the OS isn't detected by my PC

I just got a clone and I'd like to copy the SD card with the OS but my PC doesn't detect it at all. I insert it in my card reader, which works with all the other cards I have, I insert it in my PC USB port, it makes the same sound it makes when it detects a device, but nothing appears

Anyone got some suggestions?
