I get nervous in team fights!

i get nervous every team fight and start to press buttons randomly, I've been playing this game for more than 10 years, i don't know who to focus on team fights and always focus the nearest one, any suggestions how to improve? everytime i watch the TI i feel like they are playing a different game, and the camera is zoomed out and they can see more whats happening in the map!
