Upgrading

I have an A53 thats starting to not work that well and some other issues and i was thinking of changing it in a few months.

Is the S25 a bad phone to upgrade to or are the complaints coming from the lack of updates from the s24?

Any other recs? What i want from a phone is to not overheat fast, not lag, take good photos and videos(not the most professional, just not blurry), the battery to last all day without heavy use, and for it to last me at least 4-5 years

Is the s26 also a good choice and should i wait for the price to drop or be on sale?
