Minimum 3-Pt Rating

What’s the consensus on a minimum 3 PT rating so far to start the year?

Was thinking about starting with a 70 on my center and using cap breakers to get it up to 83.

Is 70 viable enough to green the odd 3 with a good jumper? Wanted to focus more on boards/D and passing on my big this year
