Account locked for unusual activity (Android)

I traveled abroad and used an eSim and public WiFi to surf the web. While there, I got a message that my account was locked due to unusual activity. I changed the password and, once I got back to my home country, my email adress. However, I still got a rate limit message that I couldn't post any comment more than once every 10 minutes.

Wrote on /help to see if there could still be a problem with my account, but didn't get a reply, and no one seemed to see it. Looked for similar posts and some said you could have become blocked? It seems like my old account isn't visible anymore once logged out. What do I do now? Can I still use my other account (this one) while waiting for the other to be "white-listed"? How long could that take?
