Carrying CCW, but OWB?

I am becoming a little more curious about carrying OWB, but concealed. Obviously, with a coat, sweater, or a garment that has the length to cover the holster. I am sure others carry like this. It's not "open carry" if it's concealed, so my question is more along the lines of how many have done this and had success with it? Also I am starting to look at holsters, so recommendations would be welcome.

And yes, I am sure some are vehemently against this type of CCW, but as I said, I am curious about the idea. Thanks ahead of time.
