IBM Pakistan

Hey guys,
So I am gonna join IBM Pakistan in a few days, since I had plans for masters in Germany in the coming winter 2026/27 sem, I wanted to ask if it’s worth it to get the IBM name on my resume before coming to Germany, will it help in job hunting? or will it not have any value since it was not a Germany based role and I should just continue with my masters plan?
