I'm afraid this is pssd

So, I took clomipramine 10 mg 3x daily for five days in a row. During this period, I realized that it was more difficult to get an erection and it wasn’t as hard as before. I had been afraid of sexual side effects prior to taking this medicine. I got scared of pssd and stopped taking it completely. It was only a few days ago that I quit, but I still feel that it's difficult to get an erection. My head was already full of worries and anxiety. Will it get better?
