Momentum 4 - Headphones not showing up in Bluetooth menu.

I have had these headphones for years now and have ran into many different issues. First of which being that they would constantly play different sound effects when turned on, and would refuse to connect to anything unless plugged into a charger. Then after a firmware update, the ANC would work, but I had to use them as a wired connection, so they were on but not connected by BT. Recently, after another firmware update, they now turn on and play the pairing device (furthest I've ever gotten), but are now not showing up on any of my devices. Another note: The LED's do not light up EVER, but the sound effects still play.

Any ideas or tips?
