Never Hire a Copywriter to Advertise Your Business
Unless you want to have a business that sells easier than selling pancakes.
Pancakes sell themselves. People already want them, already know what they are, already decide in about two seconds whether they're in.
Most SaaS homepages don't have that luxury. They're explaining something invisible, a workflow, a dashboard, a problem someone doesn't fully know they have yet, to a stranger who's four seconds from clicking back.
So if your app already has aged to the point where thousands of people who could use it, and the MRR still hasn't moved the way it should, the product probably isn't the problem. The sentence introducing it is.
Somewhere between "here's what we built" and "here's why you'd want it," most SaaS copy quietly loses the plot, and the reader loses interest right along with it.
I'm not offering a growth hack, a funnel rebuild, or a promise about numbers I haven't earned yet. I'm offering to write the part that turns "interesting, I guess" into "wait, I need this," the same way a stack of pancakes turns "I already ate" into "actually, I'm a bit hungry again."
If your product's already good, let's make it as easy to want as breakfast.
