How much content can you actually shoot in one batching session before quality falls apart?

Sellers batch content because it's efficient, then wonder why hour four looks worse than hour one. Here's the framework that's held up across different accounts: plan for 90 minutes of genuinely fresh energy per session before delivery starts sliding; tone gets flatter, reactions get smaller, scripts start sounding read instead of said.

Split the session by type instead of shooting everything back to back: talking-head content first while energy is highest, product demos second since those rely more on process than personality, and B-roll last because it doesn't need energy at all.

Cap it at 10 12 finished pieces per session. Past that, you're not saving time anymore, you're producing content you'll have to reshoot later. A shorter session with real energy beats a long one that quietly gets worse the whole way through.
