Need help with recreating a track

Basically I’ve been trying to recreate “Something Of Value Less Than That” in my style but I’m really struggling for some reason.

If any of you could suggest any ways that I could recreate the track (samples, fx, vsts, structure etc) I’d really appreciate it.

That’s basically it. Thanks in advance lol.
