Is the 5700X3D worth upgrading to from a 5600x?

keep in mind i mostly play VR games like Into the radius (alt max settings) and DCS (at medium settings). but i also play some FPS games as well. the reason i'm asking this is because while my GPU is very good (RX 7800XT) and my RAM is also pretty good (32gb of DDR4), it seems like i'm getting bottlenecked by my current ryzen 5 5600x
