My dog doesn't really get the zoomies much.

She's 5. Her breed isn't very high energy , more like medium energy. She plays, gets daily walks. But doesn't really zoomie much. In the house, I mean. Sometimes we let her off leash at a nearby park ( can't do that much as it's not a dog park but it's all we have near us) and there she runs wild for a while but then is chill and quite again.

Is the house too small or am I not engaging her enough? She has been playing less too.

I understand it can be normal, I'm just a bit worried, ig.
