Weapon rack disappeared?

Both weapon racks and my weapon vault have disappeared and are for sale again. Arthur is not sitting on the right in the fresh open space. Worst thing is both the racks and the vault were completely filled with weapons that now seem gone. Anybody have this happen/have a solution or do I just have to buy em back and consider the guns lost?
