Cleansing balm to remove GLITTER?

I am one who uses glitter/highlighter/shimmer almost daily and my gentle cleansers aren’t cutting it for removing the glitter. I saw that cleansing balms may be more beneficial with removing it. Any recommendations would be helpful!
