Special Containment Procedures: SCP-12713 is contained within Site-75, a former Foundation containment facility located within a 20 km x 10 km restricted zone designated Site-75A. Personnel must be authorized before going into Site-75 due to how dangerous it is.

Any personnel wanting to go inside Site-75 must undergo a Class VII Hazardous Contact preparation measures while being escorted by Mobile Task Force Zeta-9. Any personnel caught inside the perimeter without authorization will face an immediate termination.

Description: SCP-12713 is a pale-white, three-headed humanoid entity approximately 7 meters in height. SCP-12713 possesses no identifiable facial features and is consistently observed wearing a black suit with a red tie. Its hands terminate in elongated, claw-like structures.

SCP-12713 demonstrates extreme intelligence, adaptability, and hostility toward humans. The entity has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to exploit the psychological vulnerabilities of personnel.

SCP-12713 is itself cognitohazardous and is capable of producing anomalous cognitohazardous markings throughout Site-75. Exposure to SCP-12713 or its markings can result in severe psychological and neurological effects, including behavioral changes, irrational speech, hallucinations, aggression, and suicidal behavior.

SCP-12713 has also demonstrated the ability to cause anomalous electromagnetic interference, disrupting camera feeds, radio communications, and other electronic systems. The entity has demonstrated sufficient intelligence to potentially exploit these disruptions to deceive personnel and manipulate communications.

SCP-12713 is capable of extremely rapid movement. To untrained observers, this movement can appear similar to teleportation. SCP-12713 has been observed and could be seen running at an average speed of 35kph, while on all fours it can run upwards of 50kph. Personnel equipped with specialized tracking equipment have confirmed that SCP-12713 is capable of moving at speeds exceeding normal human visual perception.

SCP-12713 is capable of altering the spatial relationship between existing locations without producing corresponding physical alterations to the structures itself. SCP-12713 can only use this ability on doorways and other architectural openings. It is advised that personnel caught being lost are to use their S-NAV to navigate their way out.

(Team goes into the stairs and slowly went up)

We know that SCP-12713 is in the facility, so if you see anyone with three faceless heads, shoot it. The survivors are unknown as well. Don't shoot any personnel unless they are uncooperative.

TOC: Your mission is to extract E10-2 if she is still alive, but remember, your main objective is to retrieve the CCTV camera feed from 6 weeks ago, and the goggles you were given are to block cognitohazards. Apparently one of the Eta-10 agents went AWOL and killed E10-5 and injured two others.

N7-Han: Copy.

N7-2: Well, that's the door Eta-10 went in.

N7-Han: Keep your head high, we have no idea what caused 6 Eta-10 agents to be killed.

N7-3: Well technically one might still be alive.

We will then proceed to Section E, we will walk through the cafeteria which would automatically lead to Section D, then move to Section C to find the control room. The goggles you all are provided with are to protect you from cognitohazards. SCP-12713 itself is a cognitohazard, so my advice is to not remove the goggles during this mission. Any questions?

Z9-3: So what do we call you guys? What are your names?

A1-3 opens the armory door and SCP-12713 pulls him inside and kills him instantly

A1-Lead: Unfortunately there isn't. It's either the armory or that spatial place. TOC, we are in a bit of a problem. SCP-12713 is in the armory while his altered spatial dimension is on the other route, what do we do?

TOC: I do not know Lead… isn't Zeta-9 with you? Why not ask them to lead you all through the spatial drift?

A1-Lead: Hmm… Good idea, TOC. Zeta-9, do you know how to navigate SCP-12713's spatial drift?

Z9-2: That's what our training taught us to do.

A1-Lead: Alright then, we will be moving through SCP-12713's spatial drift. Zeta-9 Chloe will take command from there until we get out of it. Anyone against this plan?

(Team moves back to the control room entrance)

A1-Lead plugs in two USB drives and extracts CCTV footage from 5 weeks prior while A1-1 starts to extract different information

SCP-12713 appears and breaks the bulletproof glass and grabs A1-Lead, eating him

A1-Lead: OH FUCK! IT'S EATING ME!! *grabs his pistol* DIE YOU MOTHERFUCKER ARGHH!!!

A1-7: Oh shit. Open fire on that thing.

(Team starts shooting SCP-12713 and it runs away again, dropping A1-Lead's mangled body to the floor)

A1-2: TOC, A1-Lead is KIA.

TOC: Copy that A1-2… A1-2 you're now the lead of this mission, get to the exfiltration point.

A1-2: Copy that TOC.

Due to how dangerous it is after A1-Lead was killed, A1-2 orders A1-1, A1-7, E11-Wu and E11-1 to go outside to check if SCP-12713 is still out there and to quickly run back if it's not. A1-1, A1-7, E11-Wu, and E11-1 complied with the command and went on to investigate. They searched and cleared all rooms thoroughly and realized the stairs are locked and went back to the control room to tell them about it.

E11-Wu: The floor is clear but the stairs are locked, we can't get out unless we brought a breaching charge.

Team moves to the stair door and breaches it via breaching charge. They went back down, upon reaching back down to the first floor they encountered SCP-12713.

A1-2: OPEN FIRE!!

(Gunshots)

(In a swift move, SCP-12713 killed Z9-James by cutting his throat)

A1-2 throws two flashbangs at SCP-12713 and the team goes to hide inside a room beside them. A1-2 contacts TOC quietly.

A1-2: TOC, SCP-12713 shows extreme aggression, is there any other exfiltration points?

TOC: Other than the front gate and the door you just entered through, the best chance you've got is the sewers. It's just a floor below you, you're actually pretty close to the basement entrance, it's just two rooms next to you.

A1-2: Well the problem is SCP-12713 is hunting us and we can hear him outside. Can you cause a blackout or something?

TOC: Let me see what I can do… yeah, I can cause a blackout but your window is 1 minute and 30 seconds before the backup generator kicks in. You up for the challenge or do you need a rescue team?

Lights go out and the team quickly scrambles to the basement. A1-7 trips falling down to the basement.

(SCP-12713 heard the noise and screamed at them)

E11-1: IT'S HERE, SHOOT IT!!

(Gunshots)

A1-2: *panting* I've opened the door, quickly come now!

E11-1: You guys keep going, I'll slow down this thi-

With a swift move, SCP-12713 killed E11-1.

E11-2: One is down, I'll hold it off.

The rest of the team made it out while E11-2 continues to shoot his gun.

A1-2: One, you're the last one, come on over here now!

E11-2 turns around quickly and tries to run to the door but is caught by SCP-12713.

E11-2: FUCK SHIT, CLOSE THE DOOR NOW!! IT'S TOO LATE TO SAVE ME, BRING THE HARDDRIVE TO HEADQUARTERS.

SCP-12713 disarms E11-2 and takes off his goggles while A1-2 closes the door.

E11-2: The fuck are you doing *panting* get off me… No, No no no no no.

(A1-2, knowing the fate of E11-2 closes the door leaving him)

TOC: Two, your not long away from home now. Complete the mission.

A1-2: Copy that, TOC.
