My aunt got scammed and the scammer used her CC to buy a laptop

My aunt fell for a scam call on August 26, the scammer used her CC to buy a laptop amounting to Php. 100k. My cousin filed a ticket with the BSP regarding the issue, however my cousin was informed that the laptop was already delivered today (August 27).

Is there anything they can do at this point?
