what should I prioritize next for Flins??

hi! so I want to put as much investment into Flins as possible (I'd even get everyone C6 if possible lol), but I'm unsure what would help most next. I have C0R1 Flins, C0 Columbina on prototype, C0 Ineffa on staff of homa (probably gonna change her build), and C6 Sucrose on ttds of course. since I know both Flins and Ineffa are getting a rerun in a few days, would getting C1 Flins (or even Ineffa) be useful? or Ineffa's weapon maybe? or just save for a different rerun in the future? I'm not sure what would benefit him most :')

(also wanted to mention that I'm guaranteed on the limited banner and on 40 pity, but basically nothing on the weapon banner, but I can always swipe my card lol)
