Can lemon/lime water cut the high?

hey guys, not a usual user just a once in a blue moon type. Was just curious cause the side effects of it are obv not being able to sleep for days and my friends said that lime/lemon or anything sour that can be drank will cut the high immediately, is it true? askin for a friend
