HELP REGARDING MEDICAL CANNABIS

Well I served in somalia and congo, along with other countries that I cant mention but I have my fair share of mental illness and finally I am able to live and be myself after a long struggle. Medical cannabis helps me in this regard along with other meds, but what's the scene regarding the philippines, for all I know, been to south asian countries they quite chill with medical cannabis as long as it comes with prescription, but I have been told, Philippines immigration officers, for lack of better word, are "slow, charm free and just wanna bust some case to get their names". So if anyone has any experience on it, please share, again I dont wanna use it for recreational purposes as for that, I can travel to thailand.
