Advice

Hi I’m looking for advice here, I’m from the uk I have qualified for surgery on nhs, ill give a bit of a back story.
I was 19st 6lb (272lb) when I was referred for surgery around 2 years ago, I had to stay in band 3 for a year before I was then referred to band 4 at this point you get to go see a surgeon dietitian team at the hospital it took another year before my appointment came though for band 4, in the time I was waiting I lost 4st 2lb then I just couldn’t lose anymore so I started taking monjero before the price hike, I was paying full for it. I reached 12st 9lb, I felt great at this point
Not far from my target then the price went up I also had a psychosis episode during this time and on a number of different medications which contributed to me losing weight, once I was better and the price had gone up I stopped taking monjero, I slowly started to gain weight again I gained around 2stone I decide to try wegovy, it gave me extremely bad anxiety I was convinced I’d die I didn’t lose much weight on it either so I stopped taking it. I then had me first appointment with the surgeon who agreed although I’d lost alot of weight I’d still qualify for surgery he advised that I may not lose much more weight due to the amount I had already lost but it would help me from ever being 19st again. my weight has been up and down all my life so for me this is huge as I never want to weigh that much again life was so difficult, the condition for me to have surgery where to stay around the same weight and work with the dietitian to show I could manage having the surgery and to make sure my mental health was still being managed, as there are concerns about medication not being absorbed after surgery, I have emotional unstable personality disorder (eupd) at my first appointment with the surgeon I was 14st 9lb at my last appointment with the dietitian I was 14.10lb as of today I am 15st 3lb my next appointment is 02.09 5 days time and I am desperate to be back at 14st 10lb I don’t think this is possible as I have been really trying hard and the scales are not going down I’m worried this will have an effect on getting onto the surgery list but I’ll keep trying my best over the next 5 days, the hospital I’m at like to have surgery complete within62 weeks of being referred I’m about 70 weeks, when I go into the list I will go straight to the top according to the dietitian, so that’s my story but what I’m here for is to ask advice as I have to decide what surgery I want the sleeve or bypass, surgeon advises bypass because long term this would be better for me but I’m extremely worried about the extra complications that come with it, iv been reading story’s good and bad on here since I was referred to band 4 and I am so conflicted what to do there is some amazing story’s of people who look amazing and life changed so much, every now and then some absolutely awful stories come up in so conflicted on what to do, if I was still over 19st I’d be completely ready for bypass as I couldn’t live that life again health wise and mentally and although I am still significantly over weight and not happy I am alot healthier than I was 2 years ago my concern is without this surgery I will regain all the weight my surgeon says I may get to 11 or even 12st with surgery which I would be extremely happy with and if I was to lose more than that that would be even more great, I also have sleep apnea and pcos I know 100% I will have Surgery I just need help deciding which one
