LG C6 vs G6: Is the G6 worth the extra money for a room with lots of natural light?

Just to give you an idea of our situation: my family and I are still using—and are perfectly happy with—our 2013 Samsung 55" TV.

We have a lot of natural light in the room, and we also turn on lamps at night, so I know there’s a fair amount of glare when we’re watching movies. Having said that, it’s what we’re used to, and honestly, it doesn’t really bother us.

Obviously, our current TV won’t last forever. I keep reading a lot about the LG C6 and G6. From what I understand, the G6 is the better TV, but there’s also a pretty significant price difference.

For now, I’ve narrowed my choices down to these two. Given the type of household and viewing environment I described, is the C6 more than good enough, or is the G6 worth the extra money?
