Any experience distributing music with Tully?

I haven't gotten royalties reported for music I released back in April (>300k streams). This is sometimes normal (some distributors have major delays) but I also haven't gotten an email response from Support after several tries. Anyone distribute with them before? Any insight on royalties and/or their email support?
