Build that could steamroll sanctum and one-tap uber bosses? (Around 1400 divine budget)

heya, as the title says!

For an easier comp -- i am looking for something that feels similar to what hexblast mines was as a tool. Something you could use to one-tap ubers but also steamroll sanctum with not much effort required.

Any archetype is fair game :) I have a leveled up chieftain. I also already have a luminary kboc, but as far as I'm aware it isn't super easy to one-tap exarch/eater on a kboc merc (unless i have multiple more mirrors) and flame link doesnt exactly work on stuff like blade ambusher?
