Working and traveling with hand foot mouth

Hi fellow moms, I have a 5 month old with (so far) a mild case of Hand Foot Mouth. No sores yet and hopefully they never manifest - she seems in good spirits. I also have a 3 year old I’m hoping doesn’t get it. This is our first experience!

Working: My 5 month old is home from daycare out of precaution. I work full time in an office and co-own a family business that employs 40 people, so when I cannot go into work or work as productively it’s a big deal. Should I go into work today if my 5 month old has a mild case?

Traveling: My husband recently lost his job and wants to start his own company, naturally during this time of daycare transition and frequent illness from our 5 month old he has been helping me out when she’s home sick but in August has had 2 trips with friends and is supposed to leave tomorrow morning for another weekend getaway. Even though he and I don’t have any HFM symptoms should he be going on this trip? Am I selfish for hoping he won’t leave me with two children navigating this alone for the first time and missing even more work?
