How do streamers like Elina manage to play the game with the radio on and not get copyright striked?

A little unfair, it's such a better experience for the viewer imo. Also always found it odd no one who streams at least puts on the talk radio stations? The radio is what gives the series much of its soul. Every little jingle, ad, music snippet you hear on talk radio was made by Rockstar themselves.
