My company got acquired. How do you survive the corporate BS?

I’ve always worked at smaller companies. My 150 person company got acquired by a behemoth early this year
This is my first time being part of a large org. Henry’s who have made this transition.
How the hell do you survive the corporate bullshit?

Everything now takes 10 times as long as it used to. Way more chains of approval for everything. I keep getting invited to these leadership training things and meetings where people waffle on about utter bullshit.
Nothing is actionable.

How do I survive corporate life without losing my mind?

Any tips from Henry’s that went from fast paced exciting get shit done companies to slow corporate environments how did you maintain your sanity?
