which subject should i take in the era of AI??

well i know we are doomed bcz of ai. my only intent to study is to leave this country and settle abroad . My aim is to do masters or phd fully funded after i finish my undergrad so that i can get out of this country . I am currently preparing for my admission tests. which subject(STEM) should i aim in the era of AI??
