Red Alert 3 Uprising [Gnarly Repack] Error.

I downloaded Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Uprising from Gnarly Repack & ended up with the error "No Language Packs Found, Please Install at least one language pack".

Does anyone know the fix to this problem ?
