Which oil for my civic?

I have a 2010 Civic SI (8th gen, European), and everywhere I type my reg to see what oil to get tells me something different. Never had such a mixture of options for any previous cars. Used the oil I had for a previous car until now as it was compatible, but the time has come to buy new oil and I’m wondering what’s the best option?
