Should i create a new SEA steam account or go with Johren?

Hi guys, i want to try the game and after some investigations i learned that i cant add the game to my steam account anymore, so now i would like to know which option is better between just creating a new steam account or using Johren (for what i know i cant use the same account between them). I plan to make some purchases and use mods if possible.
